Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays. During high‑volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the best available rate and delivery speed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist where possible, but we cannot guarantee carrier resolution.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned to us, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
